Current Open Positions
We are currently hiring for the following roles in the Charleston, SC area.
We’re looking for a full-time Site Supervisor in the Charleston, SC area. You’ll oversee day-to-day on-site activities for LED lighting, electrical, maintenance, and renovation projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to Shine Construction standards. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, field crews, subcontractors, and clients to support successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily on-site operations and coordinate field crews and subcontractors
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and according to scope
- Enforce compliance with codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Communicate regularly with Project Managers, clients, and internal teams
- Maintain site organization, quality control, and productivity
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a construction site supervision or field leadership role
- Strong understanding of construction processes, safety requirements, and jobsite coordination
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced jobsite environment
- Experience with electrical or lighting projects is a plus
- OSHA certification or equivalent preferred
We’re looking for a full-time Construction Project Manager in the Charleston, SC area. You’ll manage and oversee renovation and general contracting projects, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget. You’ll work closely with clients, contractors, and the internal team, playing a key role in the project’s success.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily project operations and ensure on-time delivery
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Lead communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Foster a collaborative team environment and mentorship
Qualifications
- Proven project coordination and management experience in construction
- Strong budgeting and cost control skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work efficiently on-site and handle multiple projects
- Experience with construction management software is a major plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
