How Shine Construction Started
Shine Construction was founded in 2016 by Daniel Hancock, P.E., with a strong foundation in engineering and a clear belief that energy-related facility improvements should be approached with more technical understanding and more practical execution.
What started as a company focused heavily on energy efficiency and lighting has grown into a broader commercial contracting company that supports clients with sports lighting, electrical upgrades, and related facility improvements. That growth happened the right way: by doing good work, building trust, and being asked by clients to take on more.
Today, Shine Construction is still rooted in the same things that helped build the company in the first place: technical knowledge, organized project management, and a commitment to doing the work the right way.
